" Module not present" even though connected

Post by Ajinkya09 »

We have connected the DIO module followed by the MIO module to Rev pi connect. We have configured the same in pictory when we run the Putty application to enable SSH, its showing module not present.

Hi Ajinkya09, this is unfortunately our drama queen PiCtory ... If it's not all just like it should be then here it goes
Just swap the DIO Module in PiCtory as follows - you have to click on the animated GIF for animation ... next drama ... Don't forget to save and reset the driver ;)
Change module position PiCtory

Hi, did you change the modules according to your hardware setup? I can see that you have the same configuration in PiCtory that mismatches the module position on your photo.
It should be MIO-DIO-RevPi Connect S and in the "piTest -d" output they are mismatching.
... and remember to reset the driver afterward you've changed and saved the PiCtory configuration, i.e. via

Code: Select all

piTest -x
;)
