RevPi Core - Compute Module compatibility

Post by RogerB »

Hello,

I have an old RevPi Core (see attachment) and i would like to replace the compute module (corrupt eMMC).
The compute module is very old (RPI CM v1.1) and I cannot find an online shop that has it.

The are newer compute modules compatible with this RevPi core version? If yes which ones?

Thank you,
Roger

The board should work with CM3(+) / CM4S. Keep in mind to select a RevPi Core 3(+) / Core S during factory reset.

Hello Nicolai,

thank you for the answer.

With "Keep in mind to select a RevPi Core 3(+) / Core S during factory reset" you mean to use an image for 3(+)/S ?

Can you please also link me on the factory reset documentation?

It's the menu which prompts you upon first login after booting the device (see https://revolutionpi.de/tutorials/image ... aufspielen)
