RevPi Connect with AIO module cannot get analog output normally

Hi Dirk：
I am Barney from Hongke,we have a customer who bought Revpi Connect,and he is testing AIO module.
He carried out the power connection and configuration according to the operation manual,they all looked normal but he did not get the changed output analog quantity.The OutputStatus is always 00,but the LED light of the power supply has always been green, so it should not be a problem of the power supply, he also touched the casing is not very hot, so he thinks it is unlikely to be a problem of overload.
What do you think?

Hi Trustprocess, it seems all ok what you are doing. The Status displays no error. If you want to apply a voltage to an output channel (DAC) then just use the OutputValue_1 and OutputValue_2 variables.

i.e.
