Raspberry Pi 4 (2GB) stops responding every few days.

I have raspi4 runnning Raspbian latest version, I have about 15 docker containers running on it including plex, sonarr, radarr, ubooquity etc.

It also acts as samba server. A usb3 flashdrive is running the OS and a usb3 external hdd is used to store data.

Initially it worked great without any issues for months. From last few weeks it just stops responding randomly every few days, sometime 2 days, sometime the next day, there is no pattern.

The Ethernet light still keeps blinking when it does not respond.

Works great again after a hard reboot.

I run it as headless server but have the hdmi and keyboard connected to check for any output for this particular problem

There are no logs, nothing on the display connected to hdmi. It just does not respond to keyboard input or over the network.

I am using the official power adapter and there was nothing major change when the issue started.

Any help is appreciated.
