RPiBoot not working with RevPi Connect S

I have some brand new RevPi Connect S (100362) units and when trying to connect to them with RiBoot I get the following:

Waiting for BCM2835/6/7/2711...
Loading embedded: bootcode4.bin
Sending bootcode.bin
Successful read 4 bytes
Waiting for BCM2835/6/7/2711...
Loading embedded: bootcode4.bin
Sending bootcode.bin

And then it just sits there.
Any help would be appreciated.
