RevPi core 3+ Ethernet led blinking without LAN cable connection

hello

I have a RevPi core 3+ device and the Ethernet port has stoped working.
When i remove the ethernet câble the two leds do not stop blinking and the ifconfig command shows an IP address assigned to eth0.
I tried using a new system image but the problem still persists.

I would like to know the possible cause to this problem and if this device is repairable.
I would also like to know if using an USB to Ethernet adapter would enable me to access my device over the network.

Dear sofiene n please try to reset your RevPi Core3+ devices with the following checklist:

You just have to register with your E-Mail address to access it.
The registration page is currently in German language only so here is a short animation how it works:

thank you for taking the time to help me,

Unfortunatly i have already tried to reset my RevPi core3+ device with the buster system image provided in the official shop and the same problem is still occuring.
