Bad RevPi Coonnect?

I plugged into 24 volts and am not getting any lights for ethernet when I plug in a cable. I have checked cables with pc and the 3 cables I tested work. I am not able to connect with RPIboot I am getting failed to write correct length, returned 0. I have plugged and replugged in the usb. PWR WD and REL are on. Pi doesn't show on network.

Hi christianascott1111, obviously it is a defective unit here. The last possible idea is that you work through the checklist to avoid an unnecessary MA case. This is located here in our support knowledge base:
