piSerial -p This will output the initial password which should have been printed on the sticker. If you haven't changed the password, it should allow you to log in. If the output of "piSerial -p" and the password on the sticker do not match then please let us know. "piSerial -p"...

sorry for the late reply.
i had to reset the system with the original image i backed up when i first bought the device, it came at the cost of all my data but i had no other choice.
