Hi,

I'm interested in RevPi Core. I found out that it runs Jessie image with a patch. For adding extension module PiBridge Plug are required and it used RS-485 and Ethernet as interfaces.

If I add RevPi Gate Serial Slave to RevPi Core will I see the new serial interface in /dev/ttyXXX on Raspbian?

your description of our backplane modular system is absolutely correct. But the serial gateway module works different. Please see our answer to your second posting at
