Change OS Base Module Config ?

Hello World !
I am working on my first company project with Revpi using Revpi Core 3+, it succesfully works (with just 1 another major issue that need to be investigate on my side)
I have another similar project but with RS-485, so i used Revpi Connect+.
I made image copy from Core 3+ then burn it on Revpi Connect+. It boots but got some issues with pictory (no values, multiple devices detected, no RS485, only one ethernet port).
Is there a way to change the OS Base Module configuration without burning from Buster image ? Or re-run script done at first login (Base module choice, Serial Id, Mac Address) ?
In order to avoid reconfiguring the entire OS (softwares, security etc...).
