Pi becomes unresponsive after a while.

I have a RevPi Connect with 2 DIO modules.
On the device Node Red is running.
The same Node Red project part from the Nodes handling DIO and PiCtory.
After running for a few hours the whole system freezes and it stops responding completely.
Even the console stops and freezes. It responds to ping but not SSH.
Is there any logs I can look through to try to figure out what is happening?
