Hello,

I just got a new RevPi Connect with 8GB and out of the box when I turn it on will freeze up after a few minutes. This happens when it boots to both the terminal or the GUI.

Any Ideas or do I need to send the unit back?

Since it is still new, maybe you can flash the image and see if the problem still persist.

Per the link you posted I reflashed the image.

I had to use another Raspberry Pi to do this so I followed the linux instructions on the below link but did confirm the download per WinMD5 before I used it.

one note: for the command "sudo dd if=raw_os_image_of_your_choice.img of=/dev/sdX bs=4MiB" i had to to replace "of=/dev/sdX" -->"of=/sda"
