logi.CAD 3 (FBD-editor)

According to the PDF in the attachment (which they have obtained, see attachment) it is possible to use either CmDongle or CmActiLicense. They still like tuse use the CmDongle, and are wondering what they need to use this..
In the tutorial 17, they use the free version of LogiCad 3, without the FBD editor, and tutorial 18 is about the Logi.RTS license, they’ve got that one working.
The question was only about the 'logi.CAD 3 (FBD-editor)' license.
