Is there any way to change the CRC16 polynomial value within the Kunbus Scripter software? I need to use a CRC16 with a polynomial of 0x1021 for my project ?

Hi BanjoDav, after a chat with the developer of the software I can tell you unfortunately there is no way to change the polynominal.

Can an example script which can calculate a CRC16 with poly of 0x1021 using individual commands available within the scripter please be provided instead?

Hi, I have asked the specialists of the KUNBUS Scripter software. So yes it could be possible to create such a functionality but will be hard to implement. So it is up to you to give it a try.
