Okay. So that sounds like you are not informed about TeamViewer RevPi. When you say you are connecting to other PCs, then you are talking about TeamViewer, not TeamViewer RevPi. That is something completely different: TV is a remote desktop software. TV RevPi is a remote Webbrowser connection. For security Reasons a VNC connection to the GUI of the RevPi would be risky: Any user who gets in posses of the login data could simply intrude your system and start a terminal window fiddling with sudo commands around even completely deleting your file system. This is something not acceptable with an industrial control device. So TV RevPi does not allow to access your GUI desktop from WAN. Instead it does allow a view the web servers output of your device. So you can decide what possibilities a remote user gets by simply programming the right webpages. The client opens a browser window which is far more secure than any ordinary browser as you would have no possibilities to inject dangerous code into the https traffic. The client must be a MS Windows system as it is using original Windows OS parts to establish a browser window. if you are using Android or IOS you wouldn't see anything. Also establishing and registering the device is a little bit tricky and you need to exactly follow the instructions coming with the device to get it registered at your TV account correctly.
But as I said please use the TV subforum to discuss any installation problems because that is read by TV support too and only this way you can get professional help with TV RevPi.
