RevPi Connect Dead Ports

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing some issues with my RevPi Connect. I plugged in a USB hub which seemed to cause a short-circuit. I immediately disconnected everything. I turned it back on and the status lights (PWR,WD, and REL) all go green, but all the ports are dead. Would the status lights still come on if there was damage to the processor itself? I'm not sure how to go about troubleshooting this.
