Cannot read the drive letter with Revpi connect

Dear sir ,I Use RPIboot to read and write the image of RPI connect, cannot read the drive letter,I can't find the drive letter, but read and write Revpi core 3 is ok,use rpiboot with Revpi core 3,I can find Drive letter（F:/）,Why not Revpi Connect?

Regarding the RevPi Connect +16G module you repaired（SUP-1542） before, the customer found that the mirco HDMI interface was crooked after receiving it. So the customer disassembled and corrected it, then plugged in the cable, and pulled out the entire Mirco HDMI interface module when unplugging the cable.Attach relevant pictures.

1.Did you disassemble this product during repairs before? After receiving it, the customer reported that the Mirco HDMI interface could not be plugged in, and the interface was incorrect.

2.Now the customer has broken the Mirco HDMI interface, what solution do you have here?Can you give some suggestions?
