DIO Module Power LED Flickering alternatively with Connect

Hi
I have connected my RevPi Connect and DIO, they were working alright for a month but suddenly last few days the DIO is behaving strangely. The power LED on DIO switches is flickering ON and OFF alternatively with RevPi Connect power LED. The Input and Output LEDs of DIO remains green, however, both DI and DO are no more controllable. I tried removed and refit the PiBridge and put it back, also power cycle both modules, reboot the system; none of this trick worked. RevPi Connect is working alright independently and its power LED stays green when I remove the PiBridge. Can you please advise the possible solution?

Hi alamdar.syed2, thank you for the infomration you provided. Can you post the output of "dmesg" and the "/var/log/kern.log"
